All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.
For large orders, shipping may be delayed by several days. Please allow extra shipping time for delivery. We will contact you by email or phone if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
Shipping charges for your order are based on weight and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship via the following services:
USPS: First Class, 2-Day or 3-Day Priority Shipping
UPS: Ground, Next Day or 2-3 Day Shipping
Fedex: Standard Shipping, 2-3 Day or Overnight Shipping
*Overnight shipping is only available for orders shipped to addresses in the continental United States.
Occasionally, shipping delays may occur.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be available within 24 hours.
Duties and Taxes
Harper Peterson is not responsible for any duties and taxes incurred on your order. Any costs incurred during or after shipping (e.g., duties, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Damage Claims
Harper Peterson is not responsible for any merchandise that is damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive damaged merchandise, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged merchandise before filing a claim.
